Creating allshape fitness using the LIIT Method has been transformational for me, and I am so excited to share this program with you.

It was born out of a desire to create a membership program that provides training and support for women who are 50 plus.

I want allshape fitness members to have all the help they need to achieve and maintain their best physical, mental and emotional selves!

My name is Yvette and over the last 11 years, I have loved being a certified ACE personal trainer, both 1:1 training and small group training. When the pandemic hit in 2020, I had to pivot my business to an on-line virtual training model.

While searching for exercise classes online for women my age, I discovered there were videos primarily for younger bodies with different capabilities. Even as a personal trainer I struggled to keep up with the intensity. I wondered where was the content for women 50 plus? As we age, we have to take into consideration how we move, and how best to not injure ourselves.

Personally, I noticed that my body was changing a lot in my early 50's. I did medium to high intense workouts daily, and ate well, but I was getting more cellulite on my legs and glutes, and seeing saggy skin on my arms. I tried the advertised solutions; creams that would reduce cellulite and I even looked into the cool sculpting procedure. I was desperate!

That's when I came across a new way of exercising called the LIIT Method (low intensity interval training).

I was reluctant at first, but I followed the exercises. After just two weeks of training this way I noticed my thighs had less fat and cellulite. How could this be, I asked myself?

The LIIT Method completely changed my whole way of exercising. I slowed down all my moves to isolate and stimulate the muscles, tendons, fascia and connective tissues.

In 8 weeks, I noticed a lift and tightening in my glutes; I lost inches off my arms, abs and thighs, and all my clothes fit better.

Most importantly, I feel so good, don't have to over exercise and push myself. I feel energized and great in my own skin. I workout less and see better results with this Method!

Using the LIIT Method can also reduce your cholesterol and blood pressure, increase your energy, and assist with building and maintaining strong bones as we mature.

My current fitness routine is cardiovascular activity 6-7 days a week, the LIIT Method 3-4 times a week, and a well-balanced eating. I listen to my body first and foremost, and adjust as needed.

I will train like this for the rest of my life. Now that I have a program that meets me where I am, I no longer feel overwhelmed, stressed, or sore after a workout. I have good muscle soreness opposed to where I used to be. The LIIT Method is gentle but also intense as it stimulates the muscles on another level.
